Washington State University offers two year certificate programs in Viticulture and Enology through its extension program. There is currently a waitlist to get into the certificate program, however, they began offering self-directed courses you can access online and on your own time. With the self-directed courses, you can access the information you are interested in and take it any particular order.
I am currently going through the certificate program so I’ll likely be a little scarce on the posts. However, once crush season starts I’ll get right back to posting.
